Matthew Mace, President/CEO - Matthew was a founder of BlueGranite, helping start the company 1996. Over the last two years he has led efforts to expand the company from its base in Michigan to client and partner relationships across the U.S. Matthew is active in the technology and business community, serving as Chair of the Western Michigan University CIS Advisory Board, past President & Vice-President of the Michigan Chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners, member of the Kalamazoo Valley Community College New Media Center Advisory Board, and an instructor with Junior Achievement. Matthew was selected as one of the Top 40 Business Leaders Under 40 for West Michigan, and was a Western Michigan University Alumni Spotlight recipient. He is a Computer Information Systems graduate of Western Michigan University and completed his MBA at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Mike Depoian, Vice-President - Mike has been a part of the BlueGranite team since it started, originally working with the company as a partner while at AT&T. Mike joined BlueGranite as its Vice-President in 2001, leading sales and partner relationships. Mike recently completed an Executive Business Training course through Notre Dame and is a Board Member with the Chicago Chapter of the IAMCP Microsoft Partner group, as well as an instructor with Junior Achievement. Mike is a graduate of DePaul University and manages BlueGranite's Chicago office in Oak Brook.
Rob Kerr, BI Principal Consultant - As a Senior IT Consultant specializing in Business Intelligence systems, Rob has 18 years experience in consulting, software development, systems design and management. During his career, Rob has been involved in a wide range of professional activities consulting with mid-size and Fortune 1000 companies. Rob has database experience in Oracle, IBM and Microsoft database environments, and holds current certifications in Microsoft SQL Server technologies (MCDBA, MCTS). Rob is a graduate of Western Michigan University and is a Microsoft Virtual Technical Specialist for Business Intelligence.

Eric Wozniak, BI Principal Consultant - Eric specializes in BI Strategy, Planning, and Data Visualization to help clients implement impactful Performance Dashboard solutions. He joined BlueGranite in 2005 and plays a dual role as Director of Solutions where he develops service offerings and go-to-market strategies across the BlueGranite services portfolio. Prior to joining BlueGranite, Eric provided consulting services for many Fortune 500 companies while working for Dell Professional Services and Ernst and Young / Capgemini in Chicago and London. He is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.

Derek Wilson, BI Principal Consultant - Prior to joining Blue Granite, Derek was a Business Intelligence Manager for a global insurance broker. He has been a MCDBA on SQL Server 2000 and has extensive knowledge and experience with SQL Server, data modeling, data warehousing, data quality and ETL. He currently holds MCTS designation for BizTalk Server 2006 and SQL Server 2005. Publications include articles on database design, architecture and SOA for SQL Server Magazine, DM Review, and SQL Server Worldwide User Group (SSWUG). He is a member of The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI) and the International Association of Software Architects (IASA). Derek graduated from the University of North Florida and manages BlueGranite's Tennessee office in Franklin.

Jeff Martignon, Collaboration Principal Consultant - for the last two years with BlueGranite, Jeff has focused on building the company’s expertise with Collaboration solutions focused on Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Office 2007. He has extensive knowledge and experience in C#, VB, ASP.NET, Javascript, C , Code Generation, SQL Server and Oracle, SharePoint and InfoPath. Jeff graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Computer Engineering and was President of Triangle Engineering Fraternity.
