We spend each day helping people like you get the answers they need from data. Whether that’s through building tools and solutions that provide easier access to data or creating data models that are easier to understand, our experienced team of experts make sure you get more insight from your data—helping you get more done with less.
We focus on solutions, not billable hours, and our ‘roll up your sleeves and get to work’ attitude gets your project done right the first time. Our unique BlueGranite framework gives us an approach that guides our efforts, reduces risk and creates a better experience for you.
We’re guided by these shared values, which shape everything we do:
We’re all about creating a great experience for our clients and delivering value at a rapid pace. We use our knowledge and expertise to determine where we can make the most impact on our clients’ and partners’ bottom lines, and go above and beyond to leave you in awe.
We value honesty. We fulfill our commitments and promises and always hold each other accountable. A high integrity workplace means we also foster open and honest communication with each other.
We take time to build personal relationships with one another, clients and partners, which means we actually enjoy who we work with, and you’ll see that attitude reflected in the end product — our work for you.
We wouldn’t be who we are as a company without teamwork. It’s what makes us unique. We believe the smallest things can make the biggest impact, so we don’t hesitate to go that extra step. No contribution is too small.
We maintain a startup culture where we’re always learning, experimenting and moving forward. We take pride in our work and are always looking for new ways to create great experiences for our clients.
It’s not unusual to hear our employees say they love coming to work everyday. In fact, many of our employees have been with BlueGranite for more than five years—a rarity in an industry with frequent turnover. We really enjoy who we work with, whether that’s co-workers or clients, and that comes through in our work every day.
We invest in our team members and our culture to create a high-performing work environment, which makes the customer experience more enjoyable and productive.
When you meet us, you’ll notice we listen more than we talk and are always ready to contribute.
We have a real passion for technology and are continually learning about the latest advancements in order to share that knowledge with our clients. We thrive most when we’re solving clients’ problems.
At BlueGranite, we commit to our clients first each and every day. We are guided by our shared values and maintain a startup culture where we are always learning, experimenting, and moving forward.
We have been recognized by Great Place to Work, where 98% of employees have rated BlueGranite as a great workplace. In 2017, we were named in Fortune Magazine as a top 50 Best Workplace for small and medium sized businesses.
